Matt Keller is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Next Level Church in Fort Myers, Florida. God has used him to lead the church from 35 people at their grand opening in 2002 to now over 3,200 in three locations each weekend. 

He is passionate about investing in other non-profits and businesses as well. He has helped hundreds of leaders around the country take their organizations to the next level.  He travels and speaks often and is passionate about coaching leaders nationwide.

Matt has always had passion to help church planters, and has served on the ARC Board of Directors for the past several years.  An encourager, Matt has the ability to look past what is, to see what could be. One of his favorite sayings is “We don’t take no for an answer. We figure it out. That’s what we do.” Matt is the author of The Up the Middle Church, God of the Underdogs, and his most recent book The Key to Everything.

High school sweethearts, he and his wife Sarah enjoy baseball and are huge Tampa Bay Rays fans! Keeping Matt and Sarah in line are their two sons, Will and Drew.

Sarah Keller is the founding and co-lead pastor of Next Level Church in Fort Myers.  She and her husband, Pastor Matt Keller, moved to Fort Myers in 2002 to start Next Level and since then it has grown to 3 locations and the Dream Center located in downtown Fort Myers.  Pastors Matt and Sarah also lead the Relational Network which exists to pastor ministry leaders so they can lead healthy and high impact churches.

Pastor Sarah is passionate about women fulfilling their God-given calling to be who He created them to be.  She wrote and created the Freedom curriculum at Next Level and has seen thousands find true Freedom in Christ as a result.  She is dedicated to leading people to become fully engaged followers of Jesus.

Pastor Matt and Sarah are high school sweethearts and have been happily married for 25 years.  They have two sons, Will and Drew, and are huge Tampa Bay Rays fans.
